Refund policy

Unreceived Packages:

At, we believe that every customer has the right to be satisfied with their purchase and we will do our best to provide you with courtesy, respect, and appreciation to continue to do business with us and therefore we offer a worry-free return policy to all customers. You have 30 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for an exchange, or refund within 14 days.


30-Day Exchanges!  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product up to 30 days for another one, be it similar or not. If the items vary in price, we will contact you for payment. We exchange for free. Shipping label costs back to us will need to be covered by the customer. We offer free shipping of your exchange items.

Items marked as Final Sale Clearance are not refundable or exchangeable.

Your Satisfaction Is Our Mission.

If you choose to return the product(see terms and conditions). You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Items that have ripped off tags or no tags will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Please keep the receipt. 

Items returned after 14 days of being received by the customer we will be refunded as store credit. When you receive your items, please inspect them, and follow the directions below to request a refund, exchange, or store credit.
You must email us before shipping the item back to us. Put your order number and name in the subject line.

Items returned after 14 days of being received by the customer will be refunded as store credit. Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not refundable or exchangeable.  Shipping costs to and from the customer are non-refundable and will be deducted for any issued refunds. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process. If you do not see your refund on your credit card statement, then please contact us. 

Check and make sure your sizes are correct when placing an order. Exchanges and/or refunds are accepted within 30 days of the order date. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all refunded items.

Item must be in original condition with tags and original packaging.

Prior to returning an item please be sure your items meet the conditions listed above. You must send an email to with your order number in the subject line before shipping the item back to us. 

The customer is responsible for providing the return label to send return/exchange back to us.

 Unreceived Packages:

If you did not receive your package due to it being missing, lost or undelivered you must contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim.

Silk Curves does not accept responsibility for packages that were tracked and reported as being delivered by USPS or other carriers. We are unable to issue refunds or store credits for orders that the carrier confirms as being a delivered package with a provided tracking number. The customer has to file a claim with the carrier.

Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.  If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim
