This section is dedicated to our current clients who have purchased a package and need to schedule their appointments, as well as Groupon clients who need to schedule their appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Please read the following before your session: Thank You very much for choosing Silk Curves! We appreciate you and aim to help you reach your body goals. For Best results, bring a waist trainer, come to your appointment with an empty bladder and an empty stomach. Payment methods accepted are Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, CashApp and For final payment we do not accept Debit/Credit Card. IF YOU ARE PAYING CASH, PLEASE BRING EXACT BALANCE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS FOR YOUR FINAL PAYMENT. All Groupons and Packages must be completed within 90 days. No kids or extra people/person is allowed in the treatment room with you. Any extra people are very welcome to wait in our lobby/waiting area. Be advised that if you do not show up or if you cancel on the day of your session, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee (Only if you cancel the same day or if you don't show up on the scheduled day). This is also if you have purchased a package, you are charged a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel or don't show up on the day of your appointment. By making an appointment, I acknowledge Silk Curves' policy. * Be advised that due to the nature of the services and/or products, we do not offer refunds. By accepting your scheduled appointment means that you agree to the above information.
